What Is Actually Going In
- NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide)
- A coenzyme present in every cell, involved in the reactions that turn nutrients into usable cellular energy and in the maintenance work cells carry out. Given intravenously it bypasses digestion, and is dosed to the milligram you choose rather than to a fixed bag size. Your nurse controls the rate throughout, because NAD+ goes in slowly.

- NAD+ is added on top of a menu bag: Replenish at $150, Revive at $175, Migraine Relief at $190, Renew at $220, Hangover Helper at $225 or Immunity Booster at $325. The base carries the hydration, the electrolytes and whichever vitamins that formula holds, so one visit covers both the replenishment and the coenzyme dose.
- Optional add-ons
- Standard add-ons can join the same line at $25 each, including Benadryl and Pepcid. Ask your nurse which pairing makes sense for the session you have booked.
- The base drip is the carrier
- NAD+ is added to a bag rather than given on its own, and that bag is doing real work: the liter of fluid carries the dose into circulation at a steady rate rather than concentrating it, which is part of how the infusion stays tolerable.
- The base decides what else the visit covers
- Pair NAD+ with a Replenish and the visit is fluids and the coenzyme, with nothing else in the way. Pair it with a Renew and you also get the Myers set of B vitamins, vitamin C, magnesium and zinc in the same sitting. Neither is more correct; they are different visits.
- One line, one appointment
- Both the base drip and the NAD+ run through the same catheter, placed once. That is the practical argument for treating NAD+ as an add-on rather than a separate booking, and it is why it is priced on top of a drip rather than instead of one.

Tell us which base drip you want and roughly what NAD+ dose you are considering. We answer 9 AM to 9 PM, seven days a week, and we confirm a time and an address. Allow more time for a higher dose.
Step 02
Your drip is reviewed before anyone sets out
The dose and the base drip are authorized under the protocols written by our medical director, Dr. Drew Davenport, a board-certified anesthesiologist, before the nurse is dispatched.
Step 03
A registered nurse arrives and controls the rate
She reviews your history, checks your vitals, and sets up both your base drip and your NAD+ on site from company stock. The line goes in once and both run through it. She adjusts the rate to your comfort throughout, and when the bag finishes she removes the line and packs out.

Service area and travel
Phoenix, Scottsdale, Gilbert, Mesa, Chandler, Tempe, Glendale, Paradise Valley, Fountain Hills, Peoria, Ahwatukee and Avondale. There is no travel fee within 40 miles of Scottsdale. A travel fee applies beyond it.
Hours
9 AM to 9 PM, seven days a week, weekends and holidays included. Call or text (480) 848-1678, or book online and we will confirm the visit. A higher NAD+ dose needs a longer slot, so book it earlier in the day.
Cancellation
A $75 fee applies to a single-person appointment cancelled within one hour of the appointment time. Outside that hour there is no charge.
Groups
Weddings, bachelor and bachelorette parties, corporate events and house guests: call (480) 848-1678 and we will build the booking. More than one nurse can be sent to the same address inside the service area.
VIP membership
$39 a month drops the Renew IV from $220 to $160. Three-month minimum, then cancel any time with no fee. NAD+ stays $1 per mg on top either way.
Add-ons and payment
Add-ons are $25 each and your nurse will offer them before starting. Cash, all major credit and debit cards, and HSA cards, taken at the appointment. IV therapy and NAD+ are elective and are not billed to insurance.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much does NAD+ actually cost?
NAD+ is $1 per mg with a 50 mg minimum, added on top of the drip you choose. A common starter combination is a Replenish IV at $150 plus a NAD+ dose. Higher doses scale at the same $1 per mg rate, so 250 mg is $250 and 500 mg is $500. Your registered nurse will confirm the dose and the total with you before starting.
How is NAD+ different from a standard vitamin drip?
A drip like the Renew IV at $220 delivers vitamins, minerals and fluids that top up what the body already uses. NAD+ works upstream of that, as a coenzyme involved in the reactions that turn nutrients into cellular energy. That is why it is offered as an add-on rather than a menu item of its own: pair it with the bag that fits the day you are having, and let it do its own separate job.
Why is it infused slowly?
NAD+ has to go in slowly. Pushed too fast it commonly causes chest tightness, flushing or a wave of nausea, so your nurse runs it at a rate you tolerate and slows it down if any of that appears. Doses of 250 mg and above run longer than smaller ones. Since we come to you, that time is spent on your own sofa rather than a clinic chair.
How often can I have it?
That depends on your dose and what you are using it for. Lower doses can be added more frequently and higher doses are usually spaced further apart. Your nurse can help you plan a schedule rather than you having to guess at one.
Which drip should I add it to?
Replenish if you want fluids and the coenzyme with nothing else in the way, Renew if you want the full Myers set of vitamins and minerals in the same visit, Immunity Booster if you want the loaded version of that. All six drips on the menu can take it.
I have never had an IV at home before. What should I expect?
Your registered nurse arrives with everything needed and sets your treatment up on site from company stock, never from a pre-packed bag. She checks your vitals, reviews your medical history, places the line and stays with you for the full infusion. If the NAD+ starts to feel intense she slows the drip. You stay seated or lying down at home the entire time.
Do you take insurance, and can I use an HSA card?
